When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, company (optional), industry and your message. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter there. We do not use the form to collect payment or sensitive health information — please don't include it.

Only to reply to your enquiry, discuss a possible project and keep a record of our conversation. Our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete them. If you become a client, records are kept for as long as the contract and applicable law require.

We never sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and send email (hosting, email delivery and scheduling), under agreements that protect it. Some providers may process data outside your country with appropriate safeguards.

Under the GDPR, UK GDPR and Canada's PIPEDA you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time.

To request deletion or exercise any right, email privacy@rise.ms. We'll respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority (for example the ICO in the UK or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada).

RISE Media also sends email from risebyaura.com and auratorise.com.

If we update this policy we'll change the date above.
